MARY-ALICE BAKER is the daughter of Dimps and Ray Simmons and has been associated with Dimps Realty for the past 20 years. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Speech Communications. Mary Alice has spent 15 years of her Real Estate career as the on-site Realtor at Deerlake Village in Brevard, NC where she was in charge of sales, construction consultant and interior design of Model Homes. She currently serves on the board of the Transylvania County Boys and Girls Club and on the Brevard College Board of Visitors. Mary Alice is married to Ben Baker who is employed by IBM and has one son, Christopher.

RAY SIMMONS has been a Brevard real estate agent for 18 years, and a very active member of the community. He is a former president of the local branch of First Union National Bank (now Wachovia). He worked as a city executive for 25 years. He has served on the Brevard College board of trustees for 30 years and the Transylvania Community Hospital board for 25 years. He has served as President of the Brevard Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman of the Industrial Development Committee. He has also served as the President of Glen Cannon Country Club - a local golfing community.
